1. Scope
This Policy explains how IK.Agency (“we”, “the Operator”) processes information submitted through this website, its CRM and connected communication and analytics services.
2. Data we process
Name, email, phone or Telegram contact, project brief, vertical and budget; source, campaign and UTM parameters; page URL, referrer, device and security information; consent and CRM activity records.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, manage client relationships, protect the website and CRM, measure marketing performance and improve the service. Processing is based on consent, steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in security and service improvement, and applicable legal obligations.
4. Analytics and cookies
Non-essential Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel technologies load only after the visitor accepts analytics. Consent can be changed by clearing the site preference in the browser. Necessary storage used for security and interface operation does not serve advertising.
5. Recipients and international processing
Data may be processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers, Google and Meta when analytics is accepted, and Telegram for internal lead notifications. Providers may process data in other countries under their own safeguards and applicable law.
6. Retention and security
Enquiry and CRM data is normally retained for up to 24 months after the latest meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for a contract, dispute or law. Security and audit records are normally retained for up to 12 months. We use access controls, owner email restrictions, rate limits, audit logs and protected runtime secrets.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed lawfully.
